KMFH dives straight into some 10,000 leagues deepness with the A1 title track, deploying his signature lush pads, vocal flourishes and percussive drum style to sublime effect; A2 cut “Vexed” switches into predatory mode. On the flip, “Distant” shines with the brilliance of the bluest ocean while “Slam Deep” and “Channel & Transmission” get down on some classic Detroit beatdown dissonance, the latter being a hidden vinyl-only bonus track.
